    1.  This answer is wrong because there are 4 words.  The instructions say "no more than 3 words or numbers".  You could write "3 months", or "about 3 months"

    2.  This is a simple grammar error.  The gap must be filled with a word starting with either "a,e,i,o,u" because of the "an" before the gap.  For example, you could write "an interesting test", or "an English test".

    3.  The instructions say to write two answers, so if you only write one answer it is automatically wrong.

    4.  Spelling is very important in the IELTS test.  Candidates would be expected to know the spelling of 'William' (with double 'l') as it is a common name.

    5.  The instructions say the words must come from the passage.  If you make up your own answers, they will be wrong.  The correct answers should be  5) "variety" and  6) "written"
